That's why we're looking for a strategic and passionate Colleague Enablement Senior Manager to join our Colleague Engagement & Enablement team and play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and succeed.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering high-impact enablement initiatives that support colleague onboarding, development, engagement, and performance across Retail & Customer Operations. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and direction to your team, ensuring the successful delivery of programmes that empower colleagues to do their best work every day. You'll help design and deliver strategies that build capability, strengthen engagement, and create a high-performing culture across the business.

Job Location

For this job, you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration, and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
