CAPGEMINI INVENT
At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
Join our AI Strategy team and be part of the future of AI consulting. We are redefining how organisations adopt and scale AI by embedding Generative AI, agentic systems, and copilots into every aspect of how they operate, compete, and create value.
We are looking for experienced Strategy and AI leaders with strong commercial acumen, individuals who understand AI technologies and can translate them into enterprise-wide transformation. You will lead engagements from strategy through to execution, enabling the shift toward AI-enabled enterprises whilst contributing to the growth of our AI Strategy practice.
YOUR ROLE
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, rather than simply implementing AI technology. You’ll be helping clients realise how they can augment human judgement, automate decisions and transform business processes across all functions - from improving customer service outcomes and optimising supply chains, to enabling smarter marketing decisions. You’ll be working at the forefront of shaping the future of enterprise AI.
We Make AI Useful. You will help clients identify, prioritise and deliver high-value business opportunities where data and AI transform the way organisations operate and make decisions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to executive and C-suite stakeholders to help them identify transformational AI use cases, and shape the strategy, investment decisions and roadmaps needed to realise them.
- Partnering with business leaders to measure and realise value from AI investments, establishing adoption strategies and performance metrics that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Guiding organisations from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment by establishing the capabilities, delivery approaches and change strategies needed to scale AI successfully.
We Make AI Usable. You will lead the human-centred design of AI solutions around the needs of users and the way organisations operate.
- Translating business challenges into AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and intelligent services, defining clear user needs, business outcomes and success metrics.
- Designing human-centred AI operating models that seamlessly integrate people, AI agents and business processes to transform the way work gets done.
- Partnering with business, product and engineering leaders to embed AI into customer journeys, employee experiences and operational decision-making, driving adoption at enterprise scale.
We Make AI Reliable. You will lead the development of trusted data foundations that make AI delivery faster, safer and easier to scale.
- Designing AI-ready data foundations, platforms and semantic layers that provide trusted business context, reusable knowledge assets and reliable access to enterprise information for AI and analytics.
- Shaping agentic architectures and engineering capabilities that enable AI agents to securely interact with enterprise systems, business processes and people at scale.
- Establishing the governance, security, responsible AI and operational practices required to monitor, manage and continuously improve AI solutions in production.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
