About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Europe Strategic Retail Accounts to lead Lenovo's engagement with some of the most influential retail partners across Europe.
In this role, you will develop executive-level partnerships with key international retailers, drive strategic growth initiatives, and help strengthen Lenovo's market leadership in consumer PCs and tablets. You will work closely with country sales teams, business units, and alliance partners to accelerate business growth, expand premium product adoption, and deliver a consistent retailer strategy across the region.

You will also lead a Bratislava-based team responsible for Amazon content excellence, ensuring an outstanding online customer experience across multiple European markets.
What You Will Do
- Manage strategic relationships with major international retail partners across Europe.
- Build executive-level partnerships and drive joint business planning initiatives.
- Lead retailer engagement programs and quarterly business reviews to support growth and market share expansion.
- Negotiate and oversee international commercial agreements while maximizing return on investment.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to align strategic priorities and execute regional initiatives.
- Foster a community of retail sales leaders to share best practices and strengthen account management capabilities.
- Partner with Lenovo business groups and key ecosystem partners, including Microsoft, Intel, AMD, and Google, to drive growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of content specialists supporting Amazon operations across multiple European markets.
- Drive continuous improvement in digital shelf excellence, customer experience, and online conversion performance.
- Support the development of sales capabilities through coaching, training, and certification programs.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in retail, channel, or strategic account management within the technology, consumer electronics, or related industries.
- Proven success managing senior customer relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent business, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel: Minimum once per month.
- Fluent English.
