Sr. Manager, Feasibility Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Feasibility Strategy to serve as a key leader on the Feasibility and Proposals team. This role focuses on providing leadership, mentoring, and management to a team of feasibility coordinators while collaborating cross-functionally with clinical operations, medical, and regulatory submission teams. The ideal candidate will analyse data from internal and public sources to deliver strategic insights for country selection and enrollment planning in high-priority global clinical trials.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Director-level staff to handle recruitment, training, development, and performance management for feasibility coordinators
  • Oversee day-to-day team activities, including workload prioritization, quality assurance, and coverage during high-volume periods
  • Lead feasibility assessments for high-priority clients, offering precise, high-quality data/analysis to internal/external stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally to present feasibility insights in proposals and bid defenses for global clinical trials
  • Drive continuous improvement within Medpace’s feasibility process, implementing systems for timely and accurate deliverables
  • Foster an environment emphasising quality and timely execution through team and process optimisation

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (required)
    • Master’s or PhD (preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of feasibility experience within a CRO
  • Key Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven ability to mentor and motivate junior team members
    • Expertise in data analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations
    • Strong prioritisation skills for managing multiple projects within strict deadlines
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
