Senior Manager – Finance Data Analytics
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance Data Analytics to lead finance analytics initiatives within an FMCG environment. The role will focus on leveraging SAP and enterprise data platforms to deliver insights across TMC, TLC, COGS, Journal Analytics and key financial KPIs, while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive data-driven decision-making, automation and business performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Finance Analytics projects from requirements gathering through implementation and reporting.
- Extract, validate and analyze large datasets from SAP and enterprise data platforms such as EDP/Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop business logic and analytical models to evaluate financial KPIs, costs, profitability and operational performance.
- Design, automate and maintain queries, dashboards and reports for Finance leadership.
- Leverage SQL, SAP data, Power BI/Tableau and enterprise analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and quality across financial reporting and analytics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and enhanced data reliability.
- Manage multiple Finance Analytics initiatives and provide analytical leadership to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance Analytics, FP&A, Finance Transformation or related roles.
- Strong understanding of TMC, TLC, COGS, Journal Analytics, costing and financial KPIs.
- Strong experience with SAP Finance/FI-CO and SAP data structures; exposure to SAP BW/BI, BPC or cFIN is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and advanced financial data querying/analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric/EDP Fabric or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- FMCG, manufacturing, retail or other high-volume business environment experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple analytics projects and translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
