Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead who will work at the intersection of business and technology to lead the deployment, integration, and adoption of strategic Finance transformation solutions across the region. You can be based in Belgium, Netherlands or UK and will work 3 days per week from a J&J office.
This role combines a deep understanding of finance business processes, deployment methodologies, system integration, and organizational change management to ensure successful delivery of Finance technology initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end deployment activities for SAP Finance / S/4HANA and related Finance platforms, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting regional business needs.

You will be part of a team of internal and external technology professionals supporting large-scale Finance transformation programs across the EMEA/APAC/NA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Deployment Leadership: leading deployment planning and execution activities for Finance transformation programs, ensuring readiness across business processes, technology, data, controls, training, and support models while achieving deployment milestones and value realization objectives.
- Integration Management: coordinating and governing end-to-end integration activities across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and external systems to ensure seamless business operations and data integrity throughout deployment lifecycles.
- Cutover & Go-Live Readiness: developing and managing deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans, ensuring successful transition from project delivery into business operations with minimal disruption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: partnering with business leaders, process owners, deployment teams, and technology organizations to align deployment strategies, resolve risks, and ensure adoption of new capabilities.
- Governance & Risk Management: establishing deployment governance frameworks, monitoring risks, dependencies, issues, and compliance requirements while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and controls.
- Program Execution: partnering with global program teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders to ensure deployment activities are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple domains and locations.
We believe that experience leading large-scale transformation deployments, managing complex integrations, driving organizational change, agile ways of working, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement are essential to enable success in this role. Furthermore, it is essential that you are a natural collaborator, who has the leadership presence to influence results and build a strong sense of collective team engagement.

Qualifications
Degree Qualifications & Working Conditions
- 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills; effective manager of people and strong team-building skills.
- 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in S/4 HANA implementations.
- Technical expertise in the following is preferred: S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, Deployment and Cutover Management, SAP BTP, Systems Integration, Data Migration, Governance, Technology, and Process Definition.
- Financial accounting knowledge is crucial.

- The anticipated base pay range for this position in NETHERLANDS is EUR 82.900 to EUR 144.210
- The anticipated base pay range for this position in UK is GBP 69.900 to GBP 121.210
