Senior Manager – Finance Transformation, Systems & FP&A (Fintech)
£80k–£120k (DOE) + up to 80% bonus + strong benefits | Fully remote
Radley Green is partnering with a hypergrowth fintech/SaaS business. It is backed by world-class engineering talent, and its subscription product launched earlier this year and is already at £11m ARR.
They need someone who sits at the intersection of finance, technology and transformation in a fast-scaling fintech. You'll partner the FD to transform how the finance function operates, building its systems, data and processes from the ground up and owning revenue operations and FP&A from a finance perspective.
This is a build-and-transform role, not an inherit role. It suits someone who has already led finance transformation in a scaling fintech and wants to do it again with real ownership, a strong team and a serious upside.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
