Senior Project Manager – Digital Finance Consulting
About the Role
Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements, ensuring:
- Achievement of project execution, quality, and client satisfaction through strong oversight and governance
- Strategic alignment by translating business visions into actionable workplans, balancing priorities and constraints
- End-to-end account management, driving growth through expanded value opportunities and relationship development
- Revenue and profitability tracking, optimisation, and sustainable margin growth
Collaborate across teams and business units to:
- Define project roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery frameworks
- Mentor team members while leading internal initiatives that enhance practice capabilities
- Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Technical focus on digital finance technologies, including but not limited to: BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
- Manage concurrent client engagements across finance transformation and digital technology implementations
- Direct cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within scope, and budget
- Oversee project milestones, risk mitigation, budgets, and resource allocation with transparency via regular reporting
Client Relationship & Growth
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Work with Directors & Partners to develop: Statements of Work, proposals, and pricing models
- Build mutual trust through executive-facing communication and relationship management
Technical & Operational Delivery
- Lead implementation workstreams for digital finance platforms (deep expertise in BlackLine / Workiva / Kyriba / OneStream advantageous)
- Embed consultative change management practices using SDLC and client-specific methodologies

People & Business Development
- Mentor team members, sharing expertise to enhance shared practice capabilities
- Hold accountability within Clearsulting’s Expectations by Rank framework (covering Functional Knowledge, Business Acumen, Technical Skills, Core Competencies, Leadership & Relationships)
Profitability & Strategic Performance
- Track financials across engagements to drive delivery profitability
- Support revenue targets through profitable engagement economics
- Contribute to firm culture through inclusive leadership and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (finance, governance, operations, management, consulting)
- 7+ years of finance management consulting experience, including:
- Digital finance technology implementation/project delivery
- Finance transformation and/or ERP implementation projects
- Proven track record leading large-scale, complex projects across multiple stakeholder地域
- Experience managing client portfolios, overseeing account growth, and driving revenue expansion
- Strong grasp of:
- Project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Red dyspneia combinations)
- Change management best practices and SDLC principles
- Excellent executive communication — ability to articulate key messages, present submissions, articulate successes/challenges
- Leadership in team development: capacity to coaches junior teams, provides mentorship, and empowers colleagues
- Robust organisational skills: ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes under constraints
- Work eligibility in the United Kingdom

Preferred
- Dual French & English fluency
- Background in business development or practice leadership
- Technical IPSOL^ expertise (BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream, or similar)
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering executive-quality presentations
- Networking savvy to navigate client/partner ecosystems as a trusted influencer
- Capacity for 50–60% travel, per CTC
