THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a senior individual contributor and functional leader within Syniti’s Finance organization. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making and company performance.
This role leads complex FP&A processes, partners cross-functionally across the business, and provides financial insights that influence operational and strategic outcomes. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business drivers
- Lead the company’s annual planning process
- Develop and maintain flexible financial models to support changing reporting requirements and business structure
Performance Management & Reporting
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting packages, including executive dashboards and variance analysis within group timetable
- Analyze performance against budget/forecast/prior period/prior year and provide actionable insights
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation or optimization strategies

Process & Systems Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Participate in creating process maps, standard operating procedures and instructions
- Enhance data integrity and automation within financial systems and reporting frameworks
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to optimize planning tools and financial data structures
WHAT IT TAKES
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Understanding of the structure of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement and interdependencies between the three statements is a must
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with financial data
Preferred
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent designation
- Prior experience with HFM, Sales Force and Kimble (Kantata) is a plus
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or data-focused organizations
- Experience working in high-growth or transformation environments

- Apart from routine reporting and planning cycles the role involves participation in ad hoc projects and non-routine tasks
