The Marketing Cloud (TMC)

The Marketing Cloud is Stagwell's technology division, bringing together marketing technology, media intelligence, AI-driven products, and data solutions that help brands better understand audiences and drive growth.

Overview

The Marketing Cloud is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to join a team focused on leveraging financial data to help the business scale. The Finance team partners with leadership across the company to provide timely, fact-based, data-driven decision support to help drive critical business decisions. The team drives annual and quarterly forecast planning, owns the operating plan and long-term financial model, and is responsible for regular reporting to key stakeholders across the business. This is a forward-looking team. We support a global business with a diverse product set and go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced and consistently evolving environment. This role requires an ability to build close working relationships with stakeholders across the business. A revenue-first mindset and constant focus on driving growth and long-term scale is expected, along with a background in managing financial data, building a budget, reforecasting on a quarterly cycle, and being dynamic enough to handle ad hoc requests with ease. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within a global organization are required. This is a unique opportunity to build processes, take ownership, and make an immediate impact while growing alongside the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
