Senior Manager, Corporate Planning | FP&A
Central London (3-4 days per week in the office)
Upto £95K Basic Salary + £10-£15K Bonus + Bens
STOIX is retained on a search for a Senior Manager, Corporate Planning to join the FP&A function of a privately held, multi-billion-dollar global technology solutions and services provider, at real scale and growing fast.
This is an operational planning role: you'll run the calendar, coordinate templates, and build the modelling and forecasts that keep the corporate plan on track, working closely with senior finance leadership to operationalise the direction they set. You won't be shaping strategy or driving the plan's content, this is about being the person who makes the planning machine run on time, every time, with real rigour behind the numbers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll own:
- Coordinating the planning calendar, templates and submission process across the business
- Running planning meetings and keeping stakeholders to deadline
- Building the models and forecasts that turn business input into a coherent corporate plan
- Liaising with senior finance and business leaders to translate direction into the right templates, modelling and forecast structure
What we're looking for:
- Group FP&A experience in a large, complex organisation, or strong exposure to how a complex business unit's planning feeds into corporate consolidation
- A genuine understanding of the interlock between regional/BU planning and a group process, deadlines, dependencies, cadence
- Comfortable operationalising direction from senior stakeholders rather than setting it
- Bonus points for practical, hands-on use of AI tooling in a planning or forecasting workflow
