I am partnering with a renowned international consulting firm to support the growth of their market-leading Finance Transformation practice within the Banking & Capital Markets sector. This team has ambitious expansion plans and a strong reputation for delivering high-impact transformation programmes.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead complex, large-scale finance transformation engagements
- Build and nurture senior client relationships
- Drive business development and contribute to continued practice growth
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver innovative solutions addressing key financial and technological challenges across the sector

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of selling and delivering finance transformation programmes within a leading consulting firm
- Deep industry expertise and strong credibility in Banking & Capital Markets
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing leading EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, Pigment)
