Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Fund and Corporate is responsible for supporting the implementation, growth and day-to-day operation of the firm's UK Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Operator activities and broader regulated fund services business within the London office, including support for the firm's Small UK AIFM and host AIFM arrangements where applicable.

The role will play a key part in the delivery and continued development of the Operator/AIFM/Fund service offering, helping to maintain effective governance, operational processes and regulatory compliance frameworks across the business.

The role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the operational, governance and service delivery framework across a range of UK, Channel Islands and international fund and corporate structures. The primary focus is the provision of Operator services to unregulated and specialist collective investment structures, together with associated governance, oversight and regulatory support services. The role will also contribute to the growth and delivery of AIFM services where required by clients and fund structures.

This is a client-facing role and will act as a key relationship contact for fund sponsors, investment managers, professional advisers and other intermediaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, supporting service delivery under client mandates, identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the commercial success of the regulated fund services proposition.

Working closely with senior management, compliance and operational teams across the Group, the role will support the ongoing development of the business while helping to ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

This is a newly created role and candidates should be entrepreneurial, commercially minded and comfortable working within a growing business. The successful candidate will be expected to help develop the Operator proposition, support the expansion of associated AIFM capabilities, build strong introducer and client relationships and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
