Senior Manager - CS&P - Global Business Services

About the role

Advisory brings together specialists who help organisations address complex challenges, improve performance and deliver sustainable change. Working across sectors and alongside colleagues from across KPMG, our teams combine business, technology and industry expertise to develop practical, future-focused solutions.

Within the Global Business Services (GBS) consulting team, you will help clients improve the value, agility, productivity and customer experience of their business services. You will lead work across GBS strategy, business cases, target operating models, transition, implementation, optimisation and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) advisory.

A central part of the role is developing and delivering KPMG’s Agentic GBS proposition. You will help clients use artificial intelligence agents, intelligent automation, digital workforce capabilities and advanced analytics to create effective next-generation operating models. You will also contribute to the growth of the practice through client development, thought leadership, proposition development and team leadership.

The role involves regular travel to client sites, collaboration with KPMG teams in the UK and internationally, and support for multi-country transformation programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
