Job Description Summary

As part of our commitment to innovation and data-driven decision-making, the Global Digital Network organization serves as a key growth driver, delivering enterprise-wide digitized solutions.

This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Senior Manager, Global Category & Innovation Analytics Intelligence, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering analytics outcomes that drive the success of our global category and innovation strategies, annual business plans, and long-term roadmaps. You will work closely with category teams, analytics experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to unlock actionable insights, leverage AI and automation to enhance analytics delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Creation and Delivery

  • Develop and deliver analytics solutions that support category performance reviews, quarterly deep-dives, annual business planning, and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain category performance reports, identifying trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with category teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive category growth and innovation.
  • Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of analytics delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytics, reporting, and insight-generation processes.
  • Present analytics outcomes and strategic recommendations to category stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Intelligence team to integrate insights into brand strategies and identify opportunities for scaled productization and process improvements.

Category Insights and Feedback

  • Evaluate existing analytics tools, platforms, AI capabilities, automation opportunities, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with category stakeholders to understand future needs and translate them into actionable analytics requirements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and track the effectiveness of analytics solutions by measuring KPIs and user satisfaction.
  • Benchmark current analytics solutions against industry best practices to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

Support Innovation Integration

  • Embed innovation trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into category analytics deliverables.
  • Collaborate with category teams to identify opportunities for innovation and align analytics outcomes with the innovation agenda.
  • Support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Drive Analytics Adoption

  • Promote the use of analytics tools and technologies within category planning and execution processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive data-driven decision-making across category teams.
  • Share case studies and examples of successful analytics-driven outcomes to encourage adoption and engagement.

Collaboration and Community Building

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, innovation, commercial, and strategy to ensure alignment and integration of analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of Ways-of-Working materials to support collaboration and knowledge sharing within the category analytics community.
  • Actively participate in the category analytics community of practice, sharing insights and best practices to foster engagement and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Functional Skills

  • Analytics Expertise: Proven ability to create and deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Technology Enabled Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in AI, agentic, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience translating multi-year strategic plans into actionable and measurable deliverables.
  • Category Analytics: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate raw data into meaningful insights for category growth.
  • Change Management: Experience driving adoption of analytics tools and promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and P&L statements to assess the profitability and performance of categories and innovation efforts.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across functions and geographies.

Experience

  • 8+ years of FMCG analytics expertise, with experience in global or regional roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in both strategic and operational roles with a focus on measurable results.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation

For USA:

  • Base Salary: 146,580 USD to 165,795 USD
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%

Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
