Job Description

About the role
As our Senior Manager, Global Insights CoE, you'll lead research projects that help the LEGO Group make better decisions through evidence and insight. This is an 8-month parental cover contract running from October 2026 to June 2027. You'll partner closely with Global Insights Business Partners and stakeholders to define, deliver, and apply impactful research. You'll connect insights across multiple sources, help evolve research practices, and contribute to a stronger insights capability that supports strategic decisions across the business.
This is a Senior Manager level Individual Contributor role.
Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.
We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our London office and 2 days working from home.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered end-to-end research programmes that informed strategic business decisions.
- Translated business needs into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Led consulting engagements that connected research findings to business priorities.
- Built research approaches that addressed business questions and drove measurable outcomes.
- Influenced stakeholders through compelling research findings and evidence-based recommendations.
- Presented insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, supporting decision-making and action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied research expertise within toys, games, or children's industries.
- Developed innovation-focused research methodologies to support new products, services, or experiences.

- Innovation and Consumer research programmes aligned to Digital Consumer Engagement and Gaming priorities.
- Stronger connections between existing and emerging insights to drive business value.
- Frameworks that monitor the value and impact of digital engagement activities.
- Greater adoption and use of insights across business teams and Global Insights squads.
- New approaches and experimentation within research disciplines.

Life on the team
You'll join the Global Insights Centre of Excellence, a central insights team supporting innovation, marketing, performance measurement, and brand research across the LEGO Group. We're a collaborative, business-focused team with a flexible hybrid rhythm and a strong focus on outcomes. Strategic thinking, clear communication, adaptability, continuous learning, and strong stakeholder partnerships help us work effectively across teams, disciplines, and locations.
What success looks like
You'll be known for guiding complex innovation research, connecting diverse insight sources, and helping others use evidence to make better decisions. Over the coming months, the team will continue strengthening its insights capability, advancing research methods, and supporting growing Digital Consumer Engagement and Gaming priorities. You'll work closely with Global Insights Business Partners, internal stakeholders, specialist insights teams, and external research partners to help shape more informed decisions across the business.
