Job Description

As a Senior Manager within the Global Sales and Account Development team, you will play a pivotal role in building capacity, capability and confidence across Vialto's frontline sellers globally.

Rather than owning a single programme, this role operates across multiple initiatives and projects, working closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts and commercial teams to enable sellers to focus on the right opportunities, in the right markets, with the right tools and insights.

You will lead efforts to improve sales effectiveness, productivity and commercial outcomes by embedding data-driven decision making, AI-enabled selling practices and scalable sales processes across the organization. Working at the intersection of sales, technology, data and change management, you will help shape how Vialto prioritizes opportunities, develops client relationships and drives growth globally.

At a high level, the role focuses on:

  • Sales enablement and seller productivity.
  • Market, client and opportunity analysis to drive prioritization.
  • Embedding data, automation and AI into sales workflows, processes and reporting.
  • Designing and embedding Salesforce improvements, governance, processes and supporting documentation aligned to sales targets.
  • Elevating how insights are generated, communicated and used throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Driving adoption of new tools, technologies and ways of working across the sales organization.

You will be a hands-on leader operating at the intersection of sales, data, AI, technology and change, balancing multiple priorities within a small, high-performing team. Success in this role requires agility, curiosity, accountability and a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Sales Enablement & Frontline Capacity Building

  • Partner with global and regional sales leaders to identify friction points and capacity constraints across the seller journey.
  • Design and deliver enablement initiatives, tools, playbooks and resources that improve seller effectiveness.
  • Support account development, opportunity shaping, net new business development, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Enhance seller effectiveness in RFP responses, proposal development and conversion activities.
  • Translate complex information into practical actions and guidance for frontline sellers.
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working through communications, coaching and embedded enablement solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
