We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Growth Manager to lead our outbound efforts, targeting senior marketers and executives in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Director, you will be accountable for leading our business development efforts, driving process improvements, and aligning our outreach strategy with broader agency growth objectives to maximise qualified pipeline generation and accelerate new business growth.
You will act as a critical link between the Business Development and New Business teams, driving lead qualification, generating market insights, and nurturing strategic relationships to create qualified opportunities and accelerate new business growth.
What you will do
- Lead our lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always-on and strategic outreach strategies
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts across our key verticals
- Collaborate with team leadership and Marketing to align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), refine outreach messaging, and develop strategies for stronger pipeline generation
- Build and nurture strong relationships to drive leads from initial engagement to opportunity
- Identify opportunities for quick, project-led engagements - leading on pitching and closing smaller activations
- Work closely with Growth Specialist(s) to develop full-funnel demand generation strategies, using our advanced tech-stack to combine scalable volume and bespoke personal touchpoints
- Serve as the critical bridge, attending initial meetings and nurturing potential clients until a clear, defined opportunity is ready for the New Business team
- Implement and trial innovative tactics that go beyond the usual lead generation techniques and gain cut-through in a crowded agency market
- Provide structured support, feedback, and mentorship for onboarding and training junior team members to uplift team capabilities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
