- Build and run the new 1:1 ABM approach for top strategic connectivity providers, and oversee differentiated marketing solutions across CPP Elite/Preferred and long-tail cohorts
- Partner with Hotel Marketing and VR Marketing to plan and execute cross-LOB Shared Bets, moving opportunity capture from ad hoc requests to structured, plan-led campaigns direct to supply partners
- Lead Connectivity’s quarterly GTM planning and release cadence in partnership with Product Marketing (PMM) and Business Programs, translating Connectivity XLT priorities into a predictable delivery rhythm partners can plan against
- Establish dependable working relationships with stakeholders, including executive (VP+) level, and build rapport to become a trusted business partner
- Influence senior leaders, stakeholders, and peers to manage initiatives end-to-end successfully, moving others to a preferred alternative where required
- Coach and develop the team, creating an environment for effectiveness and growth where strengths are known and built upon, and identifying learning needs
- Partner with Analytics to define and report on account-tiered success metrics (engagement, product/API adoption, commercial impact) and present clear, actionable recommendations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
