Role Overview
You're not here to manage accounts. You're here to win them. As Senior Manager Growth, you are a true new business hunter: someone who gets energised by the chase, thrives on closing deals and is motivated by commission. You combine sharp strategic thinking with commercial hunger, and you don't need to be told where the opportunity is. You'll own the full journey from pipeline to close, coordinating across strategy and client services to get there. If you're a self-starter who's hungry to build something real in the German market, this role is for you.
Tasks
- You lead the pitch process end to end, delivering compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs and coordinating creative, strategy and client services to win.
- You generate new business through proactive outbound activity, working with Business Development on shared target lists, aligned outreach via email and LinkedIn and joint pipeline development.
- You drive business growth by meeting targets and expanding our client portfolio.
- You act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering market insights and business recommendations.
- You collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- You monitor KPIs and pipeline performance in HubSpot to evaluate results and identify areas for improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
