At Deloitte, we’re re-imagining how the next generation of professionals learn, grow and lead.

Deloitte is one of the largest student employers in the UK. Every year, we recruit around 4,000 students into our graduate, apprentice and work experience programmes. These experiences set the foundation for how our people learn, connect, and build careers with impact. We’re now taking that experience to the next level, by blending human skills potential with innovation to prepare our people to thrive in a rapidly changing workplace.

We’re now looking for a Head of Early Careers Delivery to help evolve our offer. This is an important and high impact role where you will drive the operational delivery of our market leading Early Careers portfolio. This is your chance to lead learning experiences that define how our people begin their Deloitte journey, ensuring every programme runs seamlessly, scales effectively and delivers measurable impact. Your leadership will turn strategy into action, embed scalable delivery frameworks, and ensure Deloitte continues to set the standard for best in class Early Career learning.

These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

As Head of Early Careers Delivery, you will lead the operational delivery and implementation of Deloitte's Early Careers learning portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that Deloitte's Early Careers strategy is translated into high quality, scalable and measurable learning experiences. This includes leading the delivery function, driving operational excellence across programmes, and ensuring the firm's future learning model is successfully implemented across all Early Careers populations.

This is a critical leadership role at a time of significant evolution. Deloitte is investing in the future of early careers learning through programme redesign, enhanced learner experiences and new approaches to capability development. You will play a central role in turning these ambitions into reality.

Working closely with Early Careers Leads, Professional Education, business technical learning teams and senior stakeholders across the firm, you will ensure that workforce requirements, learning strategy and curriculum design are translated into operational delivery that delivers measurable learner and business outcomes.

You will lead a team of Delivery Managers aligned to key business portfolios, creating consistency, quality and operational resilience across the function. Whilst Delivery Managers retain strong portfolio alignment, you will provide firmwide leadership, ensuring resources, standards and learner experiences are aligned to both business and strategic priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
