Senior Manager, Health, People Consulting
Overview
We are seeking experienced leaders to join our Health Workforce Transformation & People Experience team. Our clients are navigating significant workforce, financial and service transformation challenges and require innovative, people-centred solutions to deliver sustainable change.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex transformation engagements, develop senior client relationships and play a key role in the growth of our Health People Consulting business.
You will work with executive, operational and clinical leaders across NHS organisations, Integrated Care Systems and national healthcare bodies to design and deliver workforce and organisational transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex workforce and organisational transformation programmes across health and care organisations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive, operational and clinical leadership teams.
- Lead programme governance, commercial management, risk management and delivery oversight.
- Shape and design innovative workforce, change, operating model and people transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships across the healthcare sector.
- Lead large-scale proposals, bids and business development opportunities.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities across the health sector.
- Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple engagements.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Health People Consulting practice.
- Actively share market insights, industry trends and innovation opportunities across the practice.

Skills & Experience
- Extensive healthcare consulting and/or senior healthcare transformation experience.
- Deep understanding of NHS providers, Integrated Care Systems, national bodies and workforce challenges.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Expertise in one or more of:
- Workforce Transformation
- Digital Transformation
- Change Management & Communications
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Organisation Design & Operating Models
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Workforce Productivity
- Strong commercial acumen, account management and business development experience.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development capability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health related subject or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Professional services experience in a healthcare context.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare trends in the UK.
Location
This role is based in London or one of our EY’s regional offices. National travel will be required as will travel to our EY Headquarters.
