KPMG’s UK Mobility Consulting Services (MCS) team, sat within our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice, is looking for a Senior Manager to lead and grow our Global Mobility Managed Services (outsourced global mobility operations of our clients’ global mobility programmes).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and delivery of the Global Mobility Managed Service (outsourced mobility operations) capabilities for the UK business.
  • Oversee the day-to-day Global Mobility Managed Service delivery of outsourced client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team.
  • Act as the internal UK SME for Global Mobility Managed Service delivery best practice.
  • Drive consistent practices and technology to grow and improve UK Global Mobility Managed Services capabilities, in line with global solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and KPMG delivery teams.
  • Provide specialist support to VIP and Executive moves where required.
  • Manage financial results on client engagements to ensure profitability of the business.
  • Recognise and develop opportunities to grow the practice, leading proposals and creating market facing materials.
  • Support with ad-hoc Global Mobility Consulting opportunities, particularly in relation to the onboarding of Managed Services scope.
  • Responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end employee experience

  • Experience leading complex outsourced Global Mobility engagements, including, but not limited to document production, vendor coordination, employee and business case management.
  • Skilled at identifying, delivering and billing for out-of-scope managed service scope.
  • Proactively identifies and pursues market opportunities, aligning with senior stakeholders and engagement leaders to drive pursuit strategy.
  • Experience leading projects related to Global Mobility strategy, policy, operations and technology.
  • High level of personal responsibility and demonstrates accountability for onshore and offshore team performance.
  • Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information.
  • Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear.
  • Experience of presenting information to, and influencing, senior stakeholders.
