What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements — managing overall project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee project teams by collaborating with Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and Clearsulting standards.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable workplans, balancing client priorities with project constraints.
- Drive project governance: monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring transparency through regular reporting.
- Lead strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for expanded value
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts through relationship development and solution expansion.
- Collaborate with Directors and Partners to develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and pricing models.
- Contribute to practice growth by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and leading internal initiatives.
- Support revenue management: track financial performance across engagements and optimize delivery profitability.
- Promote a culture of excellence and accountability, modeling Clearsulting’s values through leadership, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of digital finance technologies, such as BlackLine where you will be leading design and implementation workstreams as needed.
- Embrace evolving responsibilities, willingly undertaking additional duties and demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset. Drive profitability and engagement economics, ensuring sustainable margin growth across accounts.
- Contribute to firm improvement initiatives through development of delivery frameworks, training, or enablement materials
- Operate in alignment with Clearsulting’s global Expectations by Rank (EBR) framework, demonstrating growth across the five performance dimensions: Functional Knowledge, Business Acumen, Technical Skills, Core Competencies, and Leadership & Relationships

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
- 7+ years of experience in finance management consulting, including digital finance technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and drive account growth.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies and change management practices, including SDLC principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business development or practice leadership roles.
- Expertise in one or more digital finance platforms (e.g., BlackLine, Workiva, Kyriba)
- Experience designing and leading executive-level presentations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills withtrin client and partner ecosystems.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–60% at times for client engagements.
