Due to an internal promotion, we have a new position available for a Senior Manager to join our Global Co-Brand Credit Card team based in our global HQ in Windsor, UK.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in the future of co-brand partnerships across multiple markets across EMEAA. You will build on the success of a newly launched UK programme while helping shape opportunities that could extend into new regions. The role brings together partnerships, marketing, commercial thinking, and project leadership. It offers the chance to influence programmes that are already growing while helping define what comes next.

We're looking for an experienced relationship and partnership professional with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships and leading complex projects from concept through to delivery. Success in the role will come from the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activity across diverse stakeholder groups, and bring people together around shared objectives.

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile team working across a broad network of internal and external partners, helping shape and deliver strategic partnership activity that drives commercial value and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the ongoing development of the UK co-brand programme and help it continue to grow and perform.
  • Build strong relationships with banking, network, and commercial partners while supporting conversations with prospective partners.
  • Shape opportunities to expand co-brand activity into additional markets as new programmes are explored.
  • Own projects from planning through to delivery, bringing together colleagues and partners across multiple regions.
  • Guide marketing activity by turning data, insight, and commercial understanding into clear marketing briefs and recommendations.
  • Support programmes across multiple international markets and build effective working relationships across different cultures and ways of working.
  • Manage programme performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and overall results.
  • Work closely with marketing, loyalty, partnerships, and specialist teams to keep programmes moving forward and deliver shared objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
