JOB DESCRIPTION
CoStar Group seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services to lead the day-to-day operational management of workplace services across a multi-country leased office portfolio spanning the UK, Europe, and APAC.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic operator who thrives on partnerships, consistency, and practical execution. It requires close collaboration across regions, functions, and local teams, while engaging with landlords, internal stakeholders, and cross-regional teams. Success is measured by the ability to balance global standards with local business needs, grounded in credibility and trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workplace & Operational Leadership
- Oversee workplace services and facilities operations across distributed leased offices, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality environments while maintaining global consistency.
- Provide hands-on operational oversight across all regions to uphold quality and reliability.

Site Selection & Leasing
- Lead global site selection, lease negotiations, and end-to-end leasing activities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to execute leases, manage landlord relationships, and mitigate lease-related risks.
- Ensure operational readiness for new or shifting office locations.
Strategic Relationship & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Build trusted relationships with local and regional leaders, while acting as the strategic conduit for maintaining global standards.
- Partner across functions (e.g., HR, Finance) to align workplace services with business objectives while respecting local regulations and needs.
Regional Workplace Leadership
- Provide leadership over workplace teams in London and Paris, while collaborating with regional and US leadership to:
- Resolve operational challenges.
- Share best practices.
- Ensure cross-regional consistent execution.
Capital Projects & Space Planning
- Develop, lead, and manage capital projects (e.g., office reconfigurations), including:
- Space planning.
- Stakeholder coordination.
- Delivery against scope, budget, quality, and schedule targets.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage the regional facilities budget, including:
- Vendor sourcing and contract optimization.
- Performance tracking and vendor management.
- Cost-efficiency assessments and financial oversight.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Health & Safety (H&S) program across UK, Europe, and APAC, ensuring:
- Regulatory compliance.
- Risk assessments and audits.
- Team training and documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- IOSH certification (required).

Operational Leadership Experience
- Proven leadership in managing leased office facilities and workplace services across multiple countries.
- Hands-on experience in site selection and end-to-end lease execution.
Project & Team Management
- Strong track record in project management for occupied office environments, including:
- Space reconfigurations.
- Budget management and cost controls.
- Experience leading distributed teams remotely.
Financial & Cross-Cultural Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and cost efficiency.
- Operate effectively across time zones, cultures, and languages (French, German, Spanish an advantage).
Travel & Mobility
- Valid passport and ability to travel regularly (~25% travel requirement).
