The Senior Manager, International Digital Experience will coordinate and enable the Outside-of-U.S. (OUS) digital experience across owned platforms in partnership with Global Digital Experience and International/local market teams. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Digital Experience, this role serves as the single point of contact for International Marketing and local markets on all things Digital Experience — consolidating market needs, legal/compliance requirements, and channel readiness into a prioritized, achievable OUS backlog managed through Global DX owners.

Near term, this role will coordinate the December launch of OUS MVP sites with a fast-follow readiness for product and education content post MVP. The focus is on orchestrating inputs, aligning stakeholders, clarifying requirements, sequencing work, and ensuring readiness across web, marketing automation, learning enablement (LMS), FSO content delivery, expanding across channels as capacity allows. Channel execution and standards remain owned by the central Global DX teams. This role also manages a small contractor pod to support content population and localization tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Point of Contact (POC) & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary POC for International Marketing and local market teams for the Digital Experience across owned channels (.com, LMS, FSO digital content delivery, marketing automation, eCatalog, & community), coordinating delivery through Global DX channel owners.
  • Run regular OUS touchpoints (forums, office hours) to gather needs, clarify requirements, align on timelines, and communicate decisions and standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Global Digital Experience Content Leads, Content Ops & Production, the DXP Product Group, and Regulatory/Legal/Privacy.
  • Participate in regional events, where appropriate, to establish and maintain close relationships with regional leaders and help educate and inform participants on the global digital experience strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
