Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting a leading international membership organisation to recruit a Senior Manager, International Engagement and Partnerships.
Salary: £43,260
Location: Remote, with some international travel
This is a senior role with responsibility for developing international relationships, strategic partnerships, regional networks and Centres of Excellence. You will help shape how the organisation engages with communities and partners globally, ensuring relationships deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the organisation’s international engagement strategy.
- Lead international partnerships, MOUs and strategic relationships.
- Manage and develop Regional Centres of Excellence and regional networks.
- Build relationships with universities, professional bodies, regulators and other international stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and advise senior leaders on international priorities.
- Develop meaningful international engagement and partnership activities.
- Monitor partnership performance, impact, risks and commitments.
- Work collaboratively across membership, education, communications and events.
- Represent the organisation at international meetings and events.
- Manage budgets and lead cross-organisational international projects.

About You
You will be an experienced international partnerships or stakeholder engagement professional with the ability to build trusted relationships and turn them into meaningful outcomes. You will bring:
- Significant experience in international partnerships, stakeholder engagement or network development.
- Experience managing partnerships and agreements across different countries and cultures.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and diplomatic skills.
- Excellent strategic, project and relationship management abilities.
- Strong political, cultural and reputational awareness.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and representing an organisation externally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake international travel.

Experience within membership, education, healthcare or health professions education would be advantageous.
