International Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong International Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a high-performing tax advisory team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including UK-listed businesses, private equity-backed organisations, inbound groups and family-owned enterprises. The role offers exposure to a wide range of complex international tax projects, including BEPS Pillar Two, tax structuring, international expansion, refinancings and business reorganisations.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working alongside an ambitious leadership team while playing a key role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality corporate tax advice to a broad range of clients, helping them achieve their commercial objectives.
- Manage the delivery of technically complex advisory projects, including:
- BEPS Pillar Two assessments and implementation
- Tax structuring and refinancing projects
- Legal entity and group structure optimisation
- Pre and post-transaction reorganisations
- Tax authority enquiries and dispute matters
- Technical support for wider corporate tax teams
- Drive business development activities alongside Directors and Partners.
- Identify opportunities for new work and contribute to the growth of client relationships.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders and presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to provide commercially focused advice and identify additional service opportunities.
- Manage elements of team operations, including resource planning and project management.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with specialists across different disciplines and international offices to deliver integrated tax solutions.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership, professionalism and a commitment to excellence.

Skills and Experience
Essential Qualifications
- ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
Technical and Professional Experience
- Strong corporate tax technical expertise with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience advising multinational and internationally active businesses.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and assignments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercial approach to delivering advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and coach team members.
- Experience managing stakeholders and building strong client relationships.
- High levels of drive, enthusiasm and personal accountability.
- Proactive approach to identifying and developing business opportunities.

Location and Flexibility

The International Tax team provides strategic tax advice to a wide range of businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions. As part of a fast-moving and continually evolving area of professional services, the team advises on corporate structuring, international expansion, transactions and cross-border tax planning.
