Job Title

This role leads the delivery and evolution of Total Rewards across Non-US markets (approximately 12 countries) for Pizza Hut as it transitions to, and operates as, a standalone company.

The role blends international delivery leadership, with hands-on execution and localized design expertise—ensuring continuity of rewards operations while building toward a scalable, future-ready Total Rewards model aligned with global strategy.

This individual will serve as the primary owner for non-US Total Rewards operations including compensation, benefits, and mobility delivery, while partnering closely with local market P&C & functional leaders, and external vendors to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

This role reports to the Global Director of Total Rewards and is a critical leader within the global Total Rewards & People and Culture ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment between regional execution and global strategy while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

International Total Rewards Leadership

  • Serve as the lead Total Rewards leader for approximately 12 countries outside the U.S.
  • Advise Non-US P&C leaders and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits, mobility, and rewards-related matters across international markets.

International Total Rewards Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Total Rewards programs across Non-US markets.
  • Ensure Seamless Execution Of:
    • Compensation programs (annual reward cycle administration - salary & incentive, pay recommendations, offers, required pay reporting, etc.)
    • Benefits programs (enrollment, vendor coordination, escalations, local compliance)
    • Global mobility (local relocation vendors, execution support)
  • Provide hands-on support for pay changes, promotions, and side by side-related processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
