Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant & IT Business Partner (Life Sciences)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant and IT Business Partner to lead end-to-end IT initiatives across Research, Clinical, and Regulatory domains. This role combines product management, program consulting, and stakeholder engagement to drive digital innovation and deliver business value within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Product Manager, owning IT products and solutions across multiple pharma workstreams.
- Lead large-scale programs, including planning, execution, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall models.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives such as clinical data platforms, pharmacovigilance systems, regulatory solutions, AI-driven tools, and manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders (US/EU) to define IT strategies and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations including CSV and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Provide expertise in Life Sciences technologies such as MES, IRT, and Digital Twins.
- Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and ensure high-quality delivery using tools like Jira and SAFe frameworks.
- Perform business analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support pre-sales and proposal development.
- Manage vendors and third-party partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in digital transformation and IT strategy within Life Sciences.
- Expertise in product and program management.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory systems, and supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and reporting (DSUR, PSUR, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAFe framework and Agile tools like Jira or TFS.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions and modern data platforms.
- Proven ability to work in global, cross-functional environments.
