About the Role
Reddit is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within our Large Customer Sales organization in the UK market. In this role, you’ll:
- Guide a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers
- Help advertisers and agencies achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit’s fast-growing platform
This position is based in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
- Actively coach, develop, and mentor a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers
- Recruit, retain, and build a high-performing sales team while optimally allocating resources
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends to refine go-to-market strategy

Strategic & Commercial Execution
- Provide thought leadership in account planning, partnership growth, and commercial strategy
- Advocate for the UK business by aligning sales efforts with client needs and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance) to support client growth and execution

Revenue Growth & Partnership Development
- Foster strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies
- Navigate complex, multi-brand engagements with clarity and precision
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, representing Reddit as an advocate

Business & Product Strategy
- Oversee revenue targets to ensure team delivery exceeds objectives
- Guide sales leadership and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Deeply understand Reddit’s advertising platform and translate customer insights into product improvements and revenue opportunities

Market Representation
- Act as Reddit’s representative in the UK, enhancing the company’s standing with advertisers, agencies, and partners
Requirements
-
10–15+ years of experience in digital media sales/marketing

3+ years of people management in a sales environment

Profound expertise in digital media, particularly paid social advertising

Demonstrated passion for mentoring, research-based career growth, and team development
-
Ability to engage with complex organizations and executive-level stakeholders

Strong strategic mindset—connecting market trends, client needs, and platform capabilities into actionable opportunities

Technical & Functional Expertise
- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and strategic partnership management
- Broad knowledge of brand and direct-response marketing
