A strong opportunity for experienced Trading Application Support experts to join a fast-paced, globally connected FO technology environment.

These roles sit within a global OMS/EMS support team, providing critical L1/L2 support across international trading markets. You'll work closely with front-office trading desks, brokers, exchanges and infrastructure teams, supporting High/Low Touch Cash Equities, Swaps and F&O.

What you'll do:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for OMS/EMS and electronic trading applications.
  • Support daily trading activity across Cash Equities, Swaps and F&O.
  • Monitor application health, connectivity and trading/order flow.
  • Troubleshoot production issues affecting traders, clients, brokers and exchanges.
  • Work with infrastructure and network teams to establish and troubleshoot exchange and broker connectivity.
  • Coordinate with global Application Support teams across Pune, the US and Australia.
  • Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews.
  • Maintain operational procedures, support documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience supporting OMS/EMS or Electronic Trading applications.
  • Previous experience within an Investment Banking, Brokerage or Capital Markets environment.
  • Good understanding of electronic order flow and trading workflows.
  • Experience with FIX connectivity, broker connectivity and/or exchange connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Cash Equities and ideally exposure to Swaps and/or Futures & Options.
  • Strong production troubleshooting and incident management experience.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with traders and other front-office stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively within a global, follow-the-sun support environment.
