Role Overview
This is a newly created opportunity for a proven man-manager with significant Loans Operations / Loans Agency experience with a background working in a high-volume and complex facility Commercial Banking environment. The role directly supports the Managing Director, driving the business forward with technology and regulation-based projects, staff leadership, and the relationship management of top tier participants of ultra-high value lending facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director: Drive the business forward with technology and regulation-based projects.
- Staff Leadership: Manage and lead a team effectively.
- Relationship Management: Forge excellent relationships with new-to-bank businesses at a very high level.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee existing business processes and re-engineering to ensure regulation and compliance elements are satisfied.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience working with origination teams, and across internal compliance, risk, and other related business areas.

- Proven experience in Loans Operations / Loans Agency.
- Background in a high-volume and complex facility Commercial Banking environment.
- Previous Quality Assurance and business oversight experience.
- Proven client management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
