Senior Manager, Management Consulting - UK

Location: London, Bracknell, Stevenage, Birmingham

Your Role Will Involve

As a Senior Manager within Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.

Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you will play a pivotal role leading high-impact client engagements as a billable consultant, originating business development initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the Wayfinders practice.

You will lead large-scale delivery programs, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will help shape our go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, and play a critical role in business development and practice growth.

This role is ideal for a consulting leader who brings strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and the desire to shape a new practice from the ground up.

As a Senior Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

Business Development

  • Significantly contributing to proposal creation, client presentations, and the identification of follow-on opportunities within key accounts.
  • Contributing to the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Driving the execution of targeted marketing initiatives aligned to solution and industry priorities.

Client Delivery

  • Leading large consulting engagements or multiple workstreams within complex, multi-disciplinary technology engagements.
  • Managing delivery teams, ensuring high-quality, structured outputs aligned to client expectations.
  • Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, driving satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Practice Development

  • Contributing to the evolution of consulting methodologies, accelerators, and service offerings.
  • Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and deliver compelling consulting services.
  • Mentoring consultants within the team, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

Your Transferable Skills And Experience

  • Experience at Senior Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company – evidencing hands-on leadership of high impact consulting engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct complex value cases in the domains of IT Value Transformation, Cyber Security, or Data and AI.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for contributing to business development and practice growth initiates, including significant involvement in prior go-to-market projects.
  • Experience shaping engagement outcomes in complex client environments through workshop facilitation and stakeholder discussion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, evidencing an ability to influence and gain trust of senior decision-makers.
