Role Overview:
As Senior Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, acting as a central driver of alignment and execution across the business. Working closely with Finance, Marketing, and regional teams, you'll ensure Liberty collections go to market with clear pricing, structured forecasting and strong commercial planning behind them. This is a role for someone who combines strategic vision with genuine hands-on delivery. You'll challenge assumptions, build data-driven plans and own the critical path across our commercial calendar, playing a pivotal part in shaping how the Liberty brands reaches its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end go-to-market process across channels, ensuring clarity of ownership and execution across teams
- Ensure alignment between product development timelines, sales cycles, and market requirements
- Drive seasonal readiness across all functions to ensure alignment and timely execution across all functions
Wholesale Planning & Forecasting
- Lead seasonal wholesale Sales and Stock forecasting, working closely with Sales and Finance, informing commercial targets and strategic decision-making.
- Support and challenge assumptions to ensure realistic and ambitious targets.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, owning and driving the go-to-market critical path.

Pricing & Commercial Structure
- Develop and manage price lists across categories and markets, defining pricing architecture in line with brand positioning and market dynamics.
- Ensure pricing consistency, competitiveness, and margin optimisation.
- Support regional pricing strategies across international markets.
International Market Development
- Support the structuring and rollout of international expansion plans.
- Adapt go-to-market strategies to regional requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation across markets.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across Product, Sales, and Operations, driving alignment, accountability, and decision-making across functions.
- Establish clear processes, timelines, and ways of working.
- Ensure delivery of key milestones across the commercial calendar.
About You:
- Proven background in business strategy, commercial planning, or consulting, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong wholesale experience and a solid understanding of end-to-end go-to-market processes.
- Analytically strong, with experience in forecasting, pricing architecture, and commercial analysis.
- Exposure to international markets and the ability to adapt strategy to regional requirements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy, you build structure where it doesn't yet exist
- A skilled communicator who can influence and align stakeholders across functions.
