Salary - £58,000 - £62,000 (GBP)

The PRI is the catalyst of responsible investment. It works to understand the investment implications of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and to support its international network of investor signatories in incorporating these factors into their investment and ownership decisions.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development of high-quality, market-ready marketing collateral and value propositions to support the organisation’s Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDE) programme, and support business development through pipeline management and market insights.
This role will play a critical part in translating complex strategic work into compelling, audience-led messaging and materials that drive signatory engagement, growth and retention across priority EMDE markets. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Markets, Policy, Product and Content teams to ensure a consistent, credible and locally relevant articulation of our value.

- Lead the articulation of clear, differentiated value propositions tailored to priority EMDE markets and signatory segments
- Translate insights from EMDE research, signatory feedback and market engagement into structured, audience-specific messaging frameworks
- Ensure consistency between global positioning and local market nuance
- Support alignment of value propositions across services (guidance, initiatives, academy, policy engagement)
- Own the end-to-end development of high-impact marketing collateral across social, web, paid channels and sales collateral
- Develop scalable templates and repeatable frameworks for EMDE collateral to improve efficiency and consistency
- Translate technical insights (e.g. investor needs, capital flows, market barriers) into compelling narratives and practical use cases
- Partner closely with regional Markets teams to understand priority needs and co-create tailored collateral and messaging
- Support key moments in market engagement (e.g. pitches, convenings, campaigns) with targeted materials
- Build strong feedback loops with Markets to continuously refine messaging based on real-world use
- Develop Market Insights and dashboards that support business development outputs
- Track the signatory pipeline and report to the business on a regular basis
Person Specification
Essential criteria
- Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated value propositions and audience-led messaging for complex products, services or strategic programmes.
- Knowledge of responsible investment, ESG, sustainable finance or emerging markets and developing economies.
- Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial, investment or sustainability-related content into compelling, practical and market-ready materials.
- Strong experience developing marketing collateral across channels, including web, social, paid, campaign and sales-enablement materials.
- Experience using audience insight, market feedback and performance data to inform messaging, collateral development and business development activity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively across regional, commercial, content, policy or product teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing, business development support and pipeline reporting, with the ability to produce useful insights for internal decision-making.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs.
- Confident using digital tools and systems relevant to marketing and business development, such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, website platforms and social media tools.
- A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Desirable criteria
- Experience creating scalable messaging frameworks, templates or toolkits that can be adapted for different audiences or markets.
- Experience supporting market engagement, member acquisition, retention, investor relations or partnership development.
- Additional language skills, particularly languages relevant to priority EMDE markets.
