Senior Manager Marketing & Communications

Contract Term: 12 months
Location & Work Model: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £65-77 per hour

Senior Manager Marketing & Communications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Marketing & Communications to lead strategic B2B marketing programmes within a global professional services organisation that helps businesses transform through technology, consulting, and innovative solutions.

This is a key leadership role supporting the growth of innovative services and products, with responsibility for shaping marketing strategy, driving campaigns, and engaging senior stakeholders across a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing programmes, from strategy and planning through to execution and performance measurement.
  • Develop compelling messaging, content, and sales enablement materials to support business growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage marketing governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Act as a senior marketing partner, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply modern marketing approaches, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

About You:

  • Experienced Senior Manager Marketing & Communications professional with a strong background in B2B marketing and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategic marketing initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Strong expertise in integrated campaigns, product marketing, messaging, and sales activation.
  • Confident communicator with excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in technology, professional services, consulting, or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
