Job Description
Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, MarTech Platform Delivery, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the MarTech platform roadmap, translating marketing and commercial priorities into reliable, technically feasible capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing platform delivery team that supports marketing, personalisation and guest engagement across P&O Cruises and Cunard.
- Drive integration between MarTech platforms and web, app, data, identity, content, analytics and API capabilities.
- Manage strategic vendors, agencies and technical suppliers while maintaining platform stability, performance, compliance and measurable value.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Senior Manager, MarTech Platform Delivery, we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading the delivery and evolution of MarTech platforms within complex organisations.
- Proven experience enabling marketing, personalisation and customer engagement through multidisciplinary teams, vendor partners and integrated technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of tagging, personalisation, marketing automation, data flows and the integration of MarTech platforms with wider digital capabilities.
- A degree-level qualification in Business, Technology, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
