Partner with an Industry Leader

We’re partnering with an industry leader to find a dynamic and visionary professional to lead their media planning and activations. This is an exceptional opportunity to elevate a global brand, craft compelling narratives, and drive tangible business impact. You will be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking media strategies, with social media at the core, to connect with audiences in bold, relevant, and original ways. You’ll guide agency partners and internal teams with clarity, conviction, and data-backed insights, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of an industry-leading global brand.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and evolve bold, innovative strategies for digital media platforms, providing recommendations for enhancement.
  • Build robust growth frameworks for each social channel, optimizing for reach, engagement, retention, and community building.
  • Create actionable and measurable social-first media plans to drive social conversation and engagement.
  • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging behaviors to fuel media innovation.
  • Lead brief development for internal teams and agency partners, fostering an integrated campaign approach with creative counterparts.
  • Identify key moments for real-time social activation, from cultural tentpoles to mini social campaigns.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach across media placements, platforms, objectives, and audience recommendations, and creative optimizations.
  • Share key findings and news, keeping informal teams updated on media technology evolution and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output across channels, specifically tailored for media plans.
  • Utilize analytics tools to understand performance, audience behavior, and content effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Creative Planning & Activations, Social, Customer Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to gain alignment and set objectives.
  • Support full-lifecycle alignment, sharing best practices with channel and strategy owners to amplify high-performing content across audiences and channels.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong experience in media planning and/or strategy within a brand setting or agency.
  • Proven success driving integrated brand campaigns and media planning with multi-M$ budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand and business objectives into effective media strategies.
  • Extensive experience with analysis, reporting, and a deep knowledge of digital media platforms.
  • Developed integrated advertising campaigns across OOH, digital, social, TV, OLV, Connected TV, audio, and more.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven media technology and programmatic buying.
  • Deep understanding of social behavior, best practices, and platforms.
  • Expert knowledge in the digital media space, including analytics, reporting, optimizations, and media buying.
  • Strong briefing skills, with the ability to articulate strategic clarity and direction.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting analytics and transforming insights into action.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and ensure campaign goals are fully met.
