JOB DESCRIPTION

Connect to your Industry

Deloitte's Engineering practice is at the forefront of transforming businesses by bringing together cutting-edge tech programme delivery, quality assurance, and testing expertise. We empower clients to modernise their core business through our deep capabilities in application and infrastructure engineering, cloud strategy, transformation, and migration. Practitioners within this team continuously advance their expertise to deliver robust, innovative solutions, from initial strategy to implementation and optimization.

Enterprises are moving from Copilot experimentation to production-grade agentic AI, where value depends on secure architecture, grounded knowledge, robust integration, responsible AI controls and clear adoption pathways. Clients need solution architects who can translate Microsoft AI capability into practical enterprise architectures that can be sold, delivered, governed and scaled.

We are seeking a Microsoft Agentic Solutions Architect at Senior Manager level who has shaped opportunities, led technical solutioning for clients and architected agentic solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and the wider Azure AI ecosystem. You will be responsible for turning client ambition into credible architecture, delivery roadmaps, estimates and solution narratives that support profitable growth and high-quality delivery.

This is a senior client-facing architecture role for someone who combines Microsoft AI technical depth, consulting judgement, delivery awareness and commercial credibility. You will work across account teams, Microsoft alliance stakeholders, industry SMEs and engineering teams to design secure, scalable and differentiated agentic AI solutions that help clients move from pilots to production adoption.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the solutions you shape, the confidence you create with clients and delivery teams, and the contribution you make to winning and scaling Microsoft AI work. You will be expected to deliver the following:

  • Solution architecture leadership: lead the architecture of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, agentic AI and enterprise AI solutions, ensuring designs are secure, scalable, reliable and aligned to client objectives.
  • Opportunity shaping: work with market makers, account teams and pursuit leads to qualify opportunities, define solution options, shape scope, estimate effort and create compelling technical win themes.
  • Agentic architecture design: design agent patterns, orchestration approaches, knowledge grounding, tool integration, human-in-the-loop controls, observability, evaluation and guardrail models for enterprise use cases.
  • Microsoft platform alignment: advise clients on when to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, Power Platform, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph and related controls as part of an integrated Microsoft AI architecture.
  • Delivery confidence: translate solution concepts into pragmatic delivery plans, architecture decisions, non-functional requirements, dependencies, risk assumptions and mobilisation approaches that delivery teams can execute.
  • Executive and technical advisory: communicate with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business sponsors, security leaders and engineering teams, adapting the message from board-level value narrative through to architecture-level detail.
  • Reusable capability: help build reference architectures, accelerators, demo patterns, estimation models, proposal content and technical playbooks that improve consistency across Microsoft agentic AI pursuits and delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
