Enso Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing enterprise SaaS business in the financial services space who are continuing to build out their go-to-market function and are now looking to bring a Senior Manager of Product Marketing on board.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, high-ownership role at the heart of a scaling business. You'll be the bridge between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring the commercial team has everything they need to position, pitch, and win.
From product launches and messaging frameworks through to competitive intelligence and sales enablement, this is a role where your work will have a direct and visible impact on revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product messaging and positioning, developing clear frameworks that translate complex product capability into compelling value for enterprise buyers
- Lead product launches end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable throughout
- Build and maintain a current competitive view, feeding regular insights to Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets; battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning materials
- Use conversation intelligence tools to extract real buyer language and deal patterns, feeding these directly into positioning and enablement work
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team on product and positioning questions
- Track and report on launch readiness and enablement adoption, continuously improving based on sales feedback and performance data

About You
- 5-6 years' experience in product marketing within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Someone who has owned product launches or enablement programmes end-to-end and can demonstrate the results
- A strong writer and storyteller - able to take technical product detail and turn it into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise buyers
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform
- Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving environments where you're expected to build the structure as much as operate within it
- Confident collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing at a senior level
