Job Overview

At Arm, our mission is to build the future of compute and empower innovation everywhere. AI is redefining how compute is built, deployed, and scaled, and Arm is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation. As the Senior Manager of Technology and Software Product Marketing, you will be a driving force in helping to communicate Arm’s software strategy and horizontal technologies, as well as keeping track of Arm’s AI portfolio.

AI is advancing at outstanding speed. The industry is converging on new system designs, tighter hardware–software co-optimization, and scalable architectures that support increasingly agentic, multimodal, and energy-intensive workloads. Arm already powers the world’s most pervasive AI deployments across cloud, physical, and edge AI segments. This role elevates that impact through crafting the narratives, value propositions, and market strategies that position Arm as the preferred platform for efficient, purpose-built AI compute.

This is a role for an expert and curious marketing professional, who enjoys being key to bringing technically robust stories to the masses through advanced storytelling. You have the capabilities to build technical networks, understand software projects and products, and partner with the marketing organization to bring them to life.

Responsibilities

  • Support the curation of Arm’s AI technology and ecosystem marketing strategy, by building technical networks across Arm
  • Understand the GTM strategy for Arm’s emerging technologies and software projects and translate those into recommendations for technical storytelling and solution-level messaging.
  • Work closely with developer marketing to create cohesive and coordinated marketing plans for technologies, that link to Arm BU product marketing strategies.
  • Synthesize and analyse product features so they can be translated into launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and GTM plans.
  • Work with the Arm campaigns team to build integrated, multi-channel campaigns that communicate how Arm enables scalable AI performance for developer ecosystems.
  • Frequently learn and document the shift in market trends and competitive architectures to ensure Arm can respond appropriately.
  • Champion a culture of clarity, precision, and speed to reflect the pace of the AI market and the strategic importance of Arm

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
