About the role

Join a growing Crisis and Resilience team helping organisations prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption. As a Senior Manager – Operational Resilience & Crisis Management, you will lead high-profile resilience, crisis management and business continuity engagements, with a particular focus on financial services clients and other regulated organisations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities, navigate regulatory expectations and protect important business services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships and leading teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. Hybrid working and client-site travel may be required.

  • You’ll help clients strengthen resilience capabilities, protect critical services and respond effectively to disruption.
  • Lead large-scale operational resilience, crisis management, business continuity and cyber resilience engagements.
  • Advise senior executives and Boards on resilience strategy, regulation and disruption preparedness.
  • Design operational resilience capabilities, including service mapping, impact tolerances, scenario testing and remediation.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and support business development, proposition development and practice growth.

This role is for you if:

  • You have led operational resilience programme design or implementation.
  • You have experience in crisis management, incident response, business continuity or cyber resilience.
  • You have advised senior stakeholders or Boards on resilience-related topics.
  • You have managed complex programmes, teams and delivery outcomes.
  • You understand UK Operational Resilience regulations, DORA or related resilience frameworks.
  • You have consulting experience or experience within a large, complex organisation.
