Senior Operations & Growth Manager
The Senior Operations & Growth Manager is a strategic field leadership role driving transaction growth, cost optimisation, customer satisfaction, and commercial capability across licensed markets. Combining deep operational expertise with strong financial acumen, the role influences market-level performance and decision making.
Working closely with GMs and cross-functional teams, the role leverages the Grow Report and broader KPI insights to conduct targeted operational assessments, evaluating execution and leadership effectiveness. It translates findings into clear, high-impact actions to improve performance and accelerate growth. As a trusted advisor combines deep operational expertise, financial acumen, and advisory leadership to influence market performance and business outcomes.
Here, You’ll Achieve Results By
- Shaping the market operating approach with licensee: Translate strategic decision into integrated approaches across pricing, labour, demand drivers, and customer experience, influencing licensees to deliver sustained performance
- Accountable for driving integrated performance optimization: Continuously refine how key commercial and operational levers work together, ensuring aligned cross-functional teams and licensee to maximize market outcomes
- Driving market performance: Develop and execute corrective commercial plans, influencing pricing, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales growth, protect margins, and build long-term resilience
- Acts as senior strategic advisor to markets and leadership: Serves as a trusted advisor to GMs and Licensees to align brand standards, operational excellence and performance, providing guidance for customer satisfaction and profitability. Build strong relationships with the right-level market leaders to influence without authority
- Diagnosing performance and driving operational improvement: Conduct targeted in-market assessments using KPIs, evaluating execution and leadership effectiveness and identifying root cause performance gaps
- Translating insight into high-impact action: Convert analysis into clear, actionable recommendations, prioritising initiatives to unlock growth, optimise cost, and deliver sustainable performance improvement

- Owning market performance: Ensure initiatives deliver against targets, and commercial outcomes over short and long term
- Driving alignment and accountability with licensees: Ensure clear performance expectations, consistent follow-through, and adoption of agreed initiatives to deliver sustained market outcomes.
- Capability Building and Coaching: Coach market ops leaders to improve operational and leadership effectiveness. Diagnose capability gaps and co-create targeted action plans.
- Building and leveraging strong stakeholder partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to unlock growth opportunities and drive aligned, cross-functional outcomes
- Acting with pace to unblock and drive progress: Quickly identify and remove barriers, challenge assumptions, and take decisive action to maintain momentum and deliver results
- Simplifying complexity through tools and insights: Develop clear, scalable dashboards and tools that enhance transparency and enable faster, better decision-making
- Driving integrated, cross-functional execution: Partner seamlessly across Operations, Marketing, Store Development, Design, PRO, and Finance to support demand planning, margin management, and delivery
- Reviewing new store openings and renovations: To ensure they are designed in an effective and productive way to deliver transaction and ticket growth
