One of the region's most respected and long-established accountancy and business advisory firms is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Director or Partner-level professional to lead and grow the Farms and Rural business across Suffolk and Essex.

This is a rare opportunity to build on a well-established agricultural client portfolio while growing and shaping the future of the service line. The successful individual will play a key role in driving growth, developing people and strengthening the firm's position as a trusted adviser to farming businesses, landed estates and rural enterprises across the region.

The Opportunity

This role combines leadership, client relationship management and strategic business development. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, helping to define the direction of the agricultural offering whilst building a high-performing team around you. You will have the autonomy to influence the future of the department, supported by a firm with a strong reputation, significant investment plans and a genuine commitment to long-term independent growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
