A market-leading Top 10 UK accountancy firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Tax Director to lead and grow its corporate tax offering, with a defined succession plan and partnership prospects.
The Role
You will play a key role in leading client relationships and delivering high-quality tax services - duties include:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, taking full ownership and responsibility
- Oversee and support your team, contributing to workflow planning and delivery
- Drive revenue and profitability targets within your portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Support and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performing team culture
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of corporate and personal tax compliance services
- Provide tailored tax advice to clients ranging from fast-growing SMEs to larger corporates
- Manage the end-to-end compliance process, ensuring deadlines and HMRC requirements are met
- Liaise closely with clients to resolve queries and provide proactive support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support Partners on a range of advisory projects, with the opportunity to lead on key assignments.
- Gain exposure to complex tax advisory work, developing your technical and commercial expertise

About You
- CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Strong experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a practice environment
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to research complex tax issues
- Experience across a variety of sectors would be advantageous.
