We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Solutions Architect to lead complex business transformations enabled by Oracle Cloud and AI-driven business processes. This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's largest and most ambitious organisations, helping clients redesign Finance, Procurement, Projects and Supply Chain processes through intelligent digital solutions.

These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

As a Senior Manager within our Oracle practice, you will play a critical role in helping clients design and deliver large-scale transformation programmes that combine business process excellence, Oracle Cloud technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will act as the architectural authority across complex transformation initiatives, helping clients establish target operating models, define enterprise architecture roadmaps and design integrated Oracle Cloud solutions that create sustainable business value.

You will:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud solution architecture across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Projects transformations.
  • Design AI-enabled business processes that improve productivity, decision-making, compliance and operational performance.
  • Shape and lead executive-level client conversations, helping organisations define strategic transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive business development activities, including solution shaping, proposal leadership, demonstrations and executive presentations.
  • Provide architecture leadership across major Oracle implementation programmes from strategy through deployment.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Lead diverse, high-performing multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, data and integration workstreams.
  • Develop Deloitte assets, methodologies and offerings that strengthen our Oracle and AI-enabled transformation capabilities.
  • Coach and develop future leaders across the Oracle practice while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Contribute to Deloitte thought leadership around Oracle Cloud, intelligent automation, generative AI and enterprise transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
