As an Oracle Project Management Consulting Senior Manager in Finance Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

Essentials:
- Extensive practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation /Finance Transformation programmes, with significant experience leading Oracle Projects / Project Financial Management solutions
- Proven track record of leading the end-to-end Projects functional workstream across complex transformation programmes, including Project Foundation, Project costing, project billing, project accounting, capital projects and project financial control
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of people.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Project-to Account/ Project Financial Management architecture, including project initiation and setup, planning, cost capture, cost allocation, project billing, revenue recognition, capitalisation, accounting and financial reporting.
- Ability to design and own the overall Projects solution architecture, including integration between Oracle ERP and upstream/ downstream systems such as Procurement, Expenses, Time &Labour, Payroll, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and external project or operational applications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Management/ Project Financial Management, particularly Project Costing, Project Billing and Project Control, with an understanding of how adjacent Oracle capabilities and technologies support the end-to-end solution.
- Strong understanding of different industry and commercial project models and the ability to translate these into scalable Oracle Projects solutions, including internal projects, customer/contract-funded projects, capital projects and other relevant project structures.
- Ability to lead complex solution and design decisions, identify cross- functional dependencies and articulate the implications of design choices across Finance, Procurement, HR/Payroll, Asset Management, Operations, Tax and Technology
- Proven experience leading and developing functional teams, providing design direction, quality assurance and to challenge existing processes and shape transformation opportunities, using Oracle capabilities, automation and leading practises to simplify project setup, cost capture and allocation, project billing, capitalisation, project accounting and financial control.
- Client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to appropriately engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Broader understanding of Finance functional domains including end to end processes
- Strong understanding of implementation Lifecyle and delivery methodologies, with experience managing scope, dependencies, risks and issues across complex Oracle ERP programmes
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior Finance, business and technology stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences
- Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities within Finance and ERP, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities to apply AI across Invoice to Cash to drive automation, improve decision-making and delivery measurable business value
- Ability to travel when required

Desirables:
- Able to pass UK Government SC clearance vetting.
- Strong industry experience across project-driven organisations (e.g. Professional Services or Public sector -Capital Projects environments) with the ability to tailor Oracle Projects solutions to sector -specific delivery, costing, billing and financial control requirements
- Oracle certifications.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
