As a Senior Manager Organisational Effectiveness, you will be independently leading complex HR, organisation and transformation projects in an international environment – from concept to implementation
About the role
- Developing concepts, strategies and decision papers for sponsors and senior management
- Identifying and shaping new strategic OE and HR topics and solutions
- Analysing and improving existing organisational structures and processes; designing organisational models and target operating models
- Standardising and optimising HR processes along the employee journey – with a focus on efficiency and digitalisation
- Using people analytics and organisational data to surface improvement opportunities and support evidence-based decision making
- Partnering closely with the business and HR Business Partners, bringing your expertise in selected OE topics into an advisory role
- Lead workshops and facilitate organisational development initiatives including shaping communication to strengthen employee engagement
- Acting as a mentor to members of your project team
- Steering external consultants and service providers where needed
Job requirements and experience
- A university degree (any field) and at least a number of years of relevant experience, ideally in organisational development, HR strategy, consulting and transformation, or an HR expert role
- Highly advanced project management skills and experience leading large, complex HR projects
- Solid HR expertise, ideally across organisational design, transformation, HR strategy, organisational development and HR data management, plus knowledge of HR operating models and HR workforce data
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into pragmatic solutions
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using insights and facts to drive data-led decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, up to board level, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel internationally for selected tasks
- Business-proficient English
